Our spacious and modern facility is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment as well as a comfortable customer waiting room. Tire Care

Tire care should be performed in accordance with the recommended intervals, or sooner at the first signs of irregular tread wear. A tire inspection will help determine the needs for your vehicle.

Our trained staff follows the manufacturer’s prescribed maintenance programs in detail to ensure everything is checked on schedule and always provide consultation on specific maintenance questions or recommendations.

You can be assured that if your car does not need repair he will inform you. But, if it does need repair; it will be fixed and in a timely manner. I found Accuwrench in Clemmons (address says Winston but it's actually tucked right off of Lewisville-Clemmons Rd-maps on here very easy to follow). My husband and I would like to praise this automotive repair shop that was referred to us by a friend. We are so impressed by Accu-Wrench particularly the knowledge and honesty of the staff. My car broke down one mid-afternoon and I had it towed to ACCU-WRENCH Automotive. You see I'm a single father, and a car is a necessity in my situation. I explained to the owner that I really needed my car that evening; I need to get the kids to school in the morning and get to work. He said he understood, and that he would do his best to get the job done. I had a parent-teacher conference later that evening and had to take a cab (embarrassing). Afterward, I had to take a cab home as well. To my surprise, as I pull into the driveway @ 730pm, I see my car being delivered by their staff. They took the liberty of bringing my car to me so that I would not be inconvenienced anymore. Thank you ACCU-WRENCH!
